Account and contact details, billing information, domain registrant data required by registries, and technical data such as IP address and logs needed to operate and secure the Services.

2. How we use it

To provide and bill for the Services, register and manage domains, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service and account information. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Domain (WHOIS) data

Registries require certain registrant data for domains. Free WHOIS privacy masks your personal details in public records where the TLD permits.

For .in domains, NIXI policies apply to registrant data.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partners (e.g. Razorpay for UPI, cards, and netbanking). We do not store full card details.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the Services (infrastructure, payments, email delivery, support), under contracts that require appropriate safeguards, and where required by law.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Security & retention

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. We retain data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
