Leadership

Who is accountable for your work

Named roles, a written escalation path, and a commitment that the people who scope your project are the people who deliver it.

How we're led

Until we publish individual profiles, here is what actually governs your engagement — and this is the part that binds us contractually.

One named owner per engagement

Before you sign anything you'll know the name of your engagement lead and your technical lead. Both are in your shared channel from day one, and neither changes without your agreement in writing.

The scoping engineer stays on the build

Whoever sits in your scoping session is on the delivery team. We don't run a separate pre-sales function whose promises the delivery team then has to live with.

Decisions are written down

Architecture decisions that are expensive to reverse are recorded with their reasoning, in your repository. When someone new joins — yours or ours — the context comes with the code.

Bad news travels fast, upward

Slippage, a wrong estimate or a technical dead end is raised at the next weekly demo, not managed quietly until a deadline is missed. We'd rather have an uncomfortable call in week three than an unrecoverable one in week nine.

If something goes wrong

Three levels, published so you never have to work out who to chase.

  1. Level 1 — Engagement lead

Your day-to-day contact. Delivery pace, scope questions, resourcing and anything commercial. Reachable in your shared channel during working hours; same-business-day response.

  2. Level 2 — Practice lead

If the engagement lead can't resolve it, or the issue is with the engagement lead. Owns quality and staffing across the practice, and can change the team on your project.

  3. Level 3 — Company leadership

Anything unresolved after Level 2, plus anything contractual, legal or concerning conduct. Email us directly and it reaches the people who can settle it — including issuing a credit or ending the engagement.

Want to meet the team before you commit?

Ask during scoping. You'll meet the actual engagement lead and technical lead who would run your project — not an account manager.
