Careers
Small teams. Real ownership.
You'll talk to the client, make the call, and see it in production. If you want to be handed tickets and shielded from context, we're the wrong place.
No open role that fits? Send us a note anyway — we read all of them.
What working here is actually like
The honest version, including the parts that won't suit everyone.
You own things end to end
Engineers here scope, build, deploy and support their own work. That means more autonomy than most places and also more accountability — when it breaks at 3am, you know why.
You talk to clients directly
There's no account manager translating between you and the person who needs the software. Some people find that daunting; the ones who like it never want to go back.
Small teams, wide scope
Two to five people per project. You'll touch infrastructure, backend, frontend and sometimes the conversation about whether to build it at all.
We ship, then improve
Two-week iterations with a working demo each time. No six-month projects that reveal themselves at the end.
Seniors do the work
Nobody is here to sell and then hand off. If you're senior, you're writing code and reviewing it — not just attending meetings about it.
The honest downside
We're a services business, so client priorities sometimes override your preferred technical direction. If you want to work on one product forever with total control, that's a good thing to want and we're not it.
Open roles
Nothing open that fits?
We hire when we meet someone good more often than we hire to fill a slot. Send a note with what you build and what you're looking for — if there's a fit later, you'll be the first conversation we have.
Send an open applicationHow hiring works here
Four steps, about two weeks end to end. We'll tell you where you stand after each one.
Application
A CV or profile and a few lines about what you're looking for. We read every one and reply either way, including when it's a no.
Conversation
45 minutes with an engineer, not a recruiter. About what you've built, what went wrong and what you'd do differently. Ask us anything.
Technical session
A realistic problem worked through together — no whiteboard algorithms, no take-home that eats your weekend. If you'd rather walk us through something you've built, that works too.
Offer
Decision within two working days of the last conversation. The number is the number — we don't lowball and wait to be negotiated up.
We won't ask you to do unpaid work that resembles a real deliverable. If a longer exercise is genuinely useful for a role, we pay for your time.
The practical stuff
What we can commit to today. We'd rather list four real things than twelve aspirational ones.
- Hybrid or remote within India, with a real office when you want one
- Flexible hours — overlap with your team matters, exact start time doesn't
- Equipment you choose, replaced when it slows you down
- A learning budget you don't have to justify twice
- Genuine on-call compensation for anyone carrying a pager
- Health cover for you and immediate family
FAQ
Hiring questions
Do you hire junior engineers?
Yes, though fewer than seniors, because our model puts people in front of clients early. When we do hire junior, it's with a named mentor and a deliberate ramp — not by dropping someone into a client project and hoping.
Is the work remote?
Hybrid or remote within India for most roles. We have an office and people use it, but nobody is required to be there daily. What matters is overlap with your project team and being reachable during agreed hours.
What's the interview process like technically?
A realistic problem worked through with an engineer — debugging something, designing a schema, or reviewing code. No algorithm puzzles you'd never use, and no unpaid take-home that resembles real work. If you'd prefer to walk us through a project of yours, that's an equally valid route.
How quickly do you respond?
Initial response within a week, and a decision within two working days after the final conversation. If we're slower than that, chase us — it means something went wrong on our side, not that you're being passively rejected.
Do you sponsor visas or hire outside India?
Our delivery team is in India and we're not currently set up to sponsor visas. If you're outside India and interested in contract work with substantial timezone overlap, get in touch and we'll be straight about whether it's realistic.
Send us an application
Tell us what you build and link to something you're proud of — a repository, a live product, a write-up. A CV is welcome but a link to real work tells us more.
Put your CV or portfolio URL in the message. We reply either way, usually within a week.
